 WARRANTY

 ·Nationwide Scale LLC ACTS AS DEALER/DISTRIBUTOR AND DOES NOT WARRANT ANY PRODUCT(S).  WARRANTIES ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER.  The factory warranty constitutes all of the warranties with respect to the sale of the item(s).  The seller hereby expressly declaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose.  These products are not designed for use in medical, life-saving or life-sustaining applications.  Customers using or selling these products for use in such applications do so at their own risk and agree to fully indemnify Nationwide Scale LLC for any damages resulting from such improper use or sale.

 DELIVERY

 ·ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR CHANGES IN DELIVERY ADDRESS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER

·OUR RESPONSIBILITY CEASES WHEN PRODUCT IS SHIPPED

 RETURNS

 ·ALL SALES OF TRUCK SCALES ARE FINAL.

·ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS

·GOODS CANNOT BE RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM Nationwide Scale LLC.  PLEASE CALL 800-481-4114 TO SCHEDULE RETURNS

·RETURNS FOR CREDIT ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER

·RETURNS MUST BE MADE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY A and A Scales LLC

·ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING CHARGE IF RETURN IS BY CUSTOMER’S CHOICE AND MUST BE SHIPPED PREPAID

·CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS FOR RETURN AND REPLACEMENT IF BY CUSTOMER CHOICE

·ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE PLUS THE COST TO REFURBISH.

 ·NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL ORDERS

·MINIMUM 50% DEPOSIT BY CHECK OR CREDIT CARD WILL BE REQUIRED ON ALL SPECIAL OR CUSTOM ORDERS

PAYMENT TERMS

 ·Nationwide Scale LLC ACCEPTS MASTERCARD, VISA, Discover, AMERICAN EXPRESS and CHECKS

·IF PAYMENT IS BY CHECK, SHIPPING WILL TAKE PLACE UPON CLEARANCE OF FUNDS

 CREDIT

 ·CREDIT AVAILABLE UPON APPROVAL

·2% MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE ON ALL PAST DUE INVOICES AFTER DUE DATE WILL BE APPLIED
